CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
CHECK-IN: 14:00 – 00:00
If you are to arrive after 00:00 you need to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
CHECK-OUT: 12:00 noon.
Please, make sure you observe this, as additional charge is applied if the room is not vacated by 12:00 o’clock.
PARKING
There is no parking with the hotel.
The hotel has a loading bay next to the gate and guests arriving by car are welcome to use it to unload/load their luggage. We will give you information about the possibilities for parking at the reception.
The nearest car park is at The Yacht Club Marina. It is about 400 m from our hotel.
PAYMENT
You are required to pay a deposit of 50% to guarantee your booking with us. The deposit needs to be paid within 3 working days from the moment of reservation.
You will see the details of our bank account when you complete your booking.
ADDITIONAL BEDS
Children are accommodated in separate beds.
| 0 – 4 years | Can use a cot upon request | BGN 16 per child, per night |
| 5 – 12 years | Can use an extra bed upon request | BGN 20 per child, per night |
Please, note that only some rooms allow the use of additional beds, contact us to find if we can fulfill your requirements.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
